    According to experiences from IEEE Beijing section in these years, all papers of IEEE proceedings will be indexed by EI after about one year when IEEE copyright is released.

    All papers will be reviewed and accepted papers will appear in the conference proceedings. Papers must be written in English and should describe original work in detail. Submit your complete papers electronically to: icct2008@hdu.edu.cn.
    Authors are invited to submit a full paper as an electronic file to the above e-mail address. All submissions should be in Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) or MS Word (.doc) in the format of IEEE CS proceedings. Full papers should be within four pages. Each paper should include a cover page with the title, authors, mailing and electronic addresses, phone fax number, contact author, technical area(s) and listed in the order of author’s preference, please download the paper template from the web for more details.

Conference Venue

    Capital of Zhejiang Province, Hangzhou is a beautiful and prosperous city in south-eastern China with a rich cultural heritage. Honoured as "the finest and most splendid city in the world" by the Italian traveller Marco Polo and enjoying a culture of 8,000 years, Hangzhou was the capital of China in the Southern Song Dynasty (1127-1279). As a tourist resort of world fame, it offers many scenic spots and historic sites such as West Lake, Soul-Retreat Buddhist Temple, Six-Harmony Pagoda and the Liangzhu Relics as well as four national museums of silk, tea, traditional Chinese medicine and pottery.
